Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BiltyBoss mobile application ("the App") operated by ShiftCompare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate packers and movers, storage, or vehicle transport business in India to use this App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The App enforces single-device login — only one device can be logged in at a time. You must not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: managing your packers and movers business operations including surveys, quotations, shifting management, and customer communications. You must not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities.
• Enter false or misleading business information.
• Attempt to access another user's data or account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App.
• Resell or redistribute access to the App.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App — business information, customer details, surveys, quotations, and financial records. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App's features to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including customer details, quotation amounts, and terms and conditions on your documents. We do not verify the accuracy of your business data.

5. Generated Documents

The App generates PDF documents (quotations, invoices, survey inventories) based on data you provide. These documents bear your company name, logo, and details. You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legal validity of these documents. We provide the document generation tool only and do not guarantee that generated documents meet any specific legal, tax, or regulatory requirements.

GST calculations are based on rates you configure. You are responsible for applying the correct GST rates and filing taxes accordingly. Consult your tax advisor for compliance.

6. WhatsApp Integration

The App prepares message text and opens WhatsApp for you to send messages to your customers. We do not send messages on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of messages sent via WhatsApp and for compliance with WhatsApp's terms of service and applicable anti-spam regulations.

7. Subscription and Payment

The App offers free and paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees are as displayed in the App and may change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy: cancellation before the next billing cycle results in access until the end of the current period; no partial refunds for unused days.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any business loss due to App downtime. Critical business data should be backed up by generating PDF documents regularly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ShiftCompare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, features, and the BiltyBoss name and logo are the intellectual property of ShiftCompare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that could harm other users or our service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
